I made another ring (smaller diameter silver this time). I just love the hammered finish 😁
And I finished my dog key ring. Learned more soldering techniques and used the drill to make the hole for the jump ring. Copper on hammered silver. Silversmithing is addictive.

Absolutely loving my silversmithing course. Started off with a hammered silver thumb ring and am now working on a silver and copper key ring

Very happy with this old sewing machine base up-cycle. I spent ages getting rid of the rust (it had been left outside for years). Painted it with black Hammerite and gold RustOleum paint and attached a lovely piece of oak which I waxed with bee’s wax 🐝 and here she is. The treadle still works perfectly 😊 🪄
