Throw back to my first soft pastel drawings.... these are still a few of my favourites...must be 4 or 5 years ago now ❤️ I remember being in shock at how awesome the colours blended in tose green eyes. I still love pastels as a medium because I can just leave it on the desk and go back to it whenever I like without all the mess and pack up in between.

I reconnected with my art over the weekend - finally. My husband was adamant that I go on this Botanical Clay Art Retreat in Gympie....its been many years since I have built with clay. And many many extra years ago when my art journey began with ceramics.
What a beautiful peaceful and calm weekend... I think I got my mojo back xx
* please keep in mind these pieces have not been coloured or glazed yet.
