Nikole and Vanessa extend their sincere gratitude to the community for the warm welcome to downtown Chambersburg. We would like to take this opportunity to provide a comprehensive overview of our services and their benefits. Our goal is to establish a safe, educational, and relaxing environment for the community. Our beautiful building features two floors, with the second floor dedicated to Reiki and Yoga practices. Both practitioners offer specialized services and workshops. The first floor houses our mental health therapy office, where we provide private counseling services for families, children, adults, and couples. We participate with numerous insurance providers. Adjacent to the therapy office are three mindfulness rooms, designed to provide a serene atmosphere for individuals to unwind and recharge. These rooms can be used for meditation, reading, or simply enjoying some quiet time. Our event space is available for workshops, birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, and other celebrations. Additionally, it serves as a community space for relaxation, socialization, and creative pursuits. The front of our building features a retail space showcasing unique items from local vendors. We cordially invite you to visit us, explore our services, and experience the benefits of our presence in the community. Our mission is to provide treatment for the mind, shopping for the soul, and comfort for the community.

Four additional shadowboxes dropped off at The Mindful Oasis this evening. Who doesn’t need a reminder in their home or on your work desk to Inhale, Exhale, Breathe, and Release!

If you havent already, you need to stop by this shop. There arso many things that will create a peaceful envirnoment. Tonights purchase for me was a snake plant and two healthy tea blends.

I will be set up for my first show of the year just in time for Valentine’s Day. I will have a variety of shadowboxes and also items geared for that special day in February. Guys, don’t forget those significant others and support is small businesses in the process. Just a few new items I will have on hand.

I am beyond excited to announce that I have partnered with The Mindful Oasis. This is such an adorable shop that you have to see. There are a variety of items available. Some of the items that I dropped off for purchase are shadowboxes, notebooks and design boards.

I had a customer reach out to me asking for “birth announcements” showing the birth details and she was going to use this as a way to also notify the famiky if the names. She gave me a theme, some colors and creative freedom. She loved the outcome. I also made age milestone tags that they can use through the first year.

I made two presents for family this year. The one for my hubby is an acrylic and wooden clock and the other was for my mom and dad, a wooden plague that lights up with all their grandchildren and great grandchild on scrabble tiles.
