Great article written by the experts. For my big 250 offset, I have a local wood guy close to me, but in the smaller grills a smokers missed that same clean burn quality smoke with the big store commodity woods I’d buy.

Today was a good day for the BarHart Cookoff Team! Wyatt got his first ever walk, we were joined by Bullfrog’s BBQ (was awesome to have him cooking with us!) and our adult Cookoff Team brought home a first Place Chicken!
