Been a long time since I’ve painted. So these fish have been super fun. Just need to seal the Spanish Mackerel to make those colours pop like the coral trout. 😍

I wanted to design a Christmas print in memory of my late mother Chrissy. She lived in the bush and when moving to Mackay, there were black cockatoos that lived in the trees at the front of her place. We often talked about them. I painted the birds and then designed the fabric on iPad. The beautiful ladies at The Telarium ✨🧶🪡fabric store in Melbourne listed my design in their fabric store and the beautiful Henry & Martha VIPs made our Christmas outfits so we can have a little bit of “Chrissy” on our Christmas Day. They are absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to wear them!
