Dab Hand Decorating - some more pics from jobs we have completed recently. Just painted some kitchen units which we haven't done for a while, really pleased with the results and we used a Farrow and Ball colour mixed by Dulux and have to say they got the match spot on. We've been keeping busy with a nice variety of jobs recently. The store front was a challenging one as the sills fell to pieces which required a lot of work to bring them back to a great finish. Got a nice tan too as the sun was out so didn't need to go inside for a top up!
Green still seems to be popular with a lot of internal work we are doing at the moment, definitely moving away from the shades of grey.

Nice little freshen up job this week. I painted this bedroom years ago and the daughter wanted a colour change and the doors to also be painted to match the rest of the woodwork.
The timber beams throughout this house are amazing, and the colour worked really well.

Just completed this snug and office area at a project we are working on at the moment. Really pleased with the finish after all the hard prep we put into it and it all looks great. Ceilings were painted it Dulux trade ultra matt which is perfect for a non reflective finish, and for the walls and wood we used Little Greene "Pleat" and Farrow & Ball Wimborne white emulsion and eggshell. On to the next area, and we made a good start on the kitchen and lounge (which also needs a ton of prep too!😢) taking plenty of pics which I'll upload soon. We've been using Scuff X Satinwood on a job recently for the lovely Pam and Charlie, and I have to say it's really good stuff to work with, even though it's expensive it's really nice to apply and very durable too.
Ben and me have also been working hard preparing another job we have been on for the past few days, it feels great too finally get some paint on after all that filling and sanding🥵
Its really taking shape now and I'll update with some more pics soon!

Loving this hallway we decorated recently.
15 doors and plenty of spindles with a walnut handrail to keep us busy! and the walls were painted in Egyptian cotton which I always recommend if you're after a light modern colour (Have it in my hallway too!👌) looked great!

Refreshing this classy bathroom by preparing and painting the panelling in a lighter shade of blue and the woodwork in a white satinwood. We also made a start on a large hallway....almost two days of prep, so glad to get the brushes out for the last couple of hours today. Coming on really well now and looking forward to seeing the transformation.

Just finished this beautiful hallway, keeping it light with Dulux Timeless. Was very excited to try out my new bit of kit, a cordless dust extractor for our electric sanders to keep the dust to a minimum ( how sad is that!) Here's some pics of two bedrooms completed by us recently using the Farrow and Ball dead flat range. The darker room (F&B Hague blue) was not quite a full drench as we kept the skirting and frames white which still gave the room a really cosy feel, and the daughters room walls were painted in F&B Great white.
