What an amazing night in so many ways. So many different people to acknowledge and celebrate. What an amazing group of seniors all the way around. From the way they handle themselves on the basketball court, to the way they live in day to day life, just proves the kinda people they are.

Thank you to Mrs. Kelly Norris for asking me to paint the senior's basketballs. I think they turned out great and I had fun doing it.

Congrats to Coach Norris on surpassing 300 wins. He is everything I never knew I needed in a coach. Thank you for pushing me to become better everyday. Love you, Coach!!

Hey everyone!! I just wanted to take a second to share a few things that have been on my heart lately.❤️

As Christmas quickly approaches I am trying to remind myself to soak up the little things and to be thankful for every moment I have to spend with the people I love. The Christmas season is often VERY busy and filled with numerous activities that tend to take our focus off of what really matters. It is important that we take time to remember our "why" in our celebrating.

Our Christmas tree has always reminded me of what really matters. Every year we decorate our tree together as a family. One by one Dad hands us the ornaments. Together we have the opportunity to remember where God has brought us and all He has done for us. Our tree is not at all what you would consider "perfect" but it is so very special. Each ornament reflecting on a different time in our lives and reminding us of where God has brought us. I am so thankful for every opportunity to remember all God has done for us. And I am so thankful for the people He has given me to go through life with.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate Christ's birth. He left His glory in Heaven to come to earth and die for ME!! Because He loves me and has a plan and purpose for my life. For the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross for ME. I am reminded each and everyday how unworthy I am of His love. Still, I am reminded there is nothing I could ever do to make Him love me any less and nothing I could ever do to make Him love me anymore. He created me in His own image, and He loves me more than I could ever imagine. I am so very thankful that I serve a living God. I am so thankful for the opportunity to enjoy this Christmas season with the friends and family that I am blessed with.

Before there were even any ornaments on this tree... My goodness, what a beautiful tree!! 12 feet tall is absolutely crazy and a little bit of a task, but we made it happen. The finished product was a little different than I imagined it would be but I think it turned out great! Thank you to Mrs. Kim Rabren for asking me to decorate her beautiful home.

Maci actually came and helped me do a little bit of the decorating this time. She took charge of the garland and she did great!!

Another great opportunity I was blessed with this week. Thank you to Donna Simmons for letting me decorate her Christmas tree!! I absolutely love her choice of colors. I think it turned out really pretty!!

I had the opportunity to decorate for Mrs. Betty Joe recently. Thank you for asking me to decorate your beautiful home. What a sweet and precious lady you are. I enjoyed the opportunity to listen to stories from past Christmas get togethers, and hearing her fond memories from the holidays. She already had a fairly decent idea of what she wanted it to look like from past years and I did my best to make her ideas come to life. Thank you for letting my help you get ready for Christmas. It has been a blessing getting to know you family the past year. Love you lots, Mrs. Betty Joe!!
