This quilt is a burst of sunshine. A mood-boosting masterpiece. The stitching is daisy’s and the backing is sunflowers. You can help but get a daily dose of comfort out of this quilt.

This was a search and rescue project. I found the unfinished top at an estate sale. Little roughed up, but saw potential. The fabric looks to be from the ‘50s through ‘80s. I had Everyday Quilting quilt it, because I was nervous about it tearing. I chose the backing and binded it. Turned out beautiful. Joy is the best word I can find, to describe the feeling of bringing this back to life. This will be a treasured piece for years to come when it finds its forever home. 🫶
