Trying Texas bbq straight from Texas . Over all rating is give a 3.5 starts out of 5. And broken down I’d say
Corn is a easy 5 stars
Mac an cheese is a 4
Brisket has great flavor on the bark but not deep in the meat . I’d say a 3 maybe 3.5
Pork ribs I’d say 2.5. Wasn’t a fan of the rub flavor but that’s just my profile
The sausage was a good 3.5 it was juicy had a lot of flavor and was nice .
The sauce on the side I gave a 1. It had a very unique taste but I’m not sure which type of bbq sauce it was .
