This home is officially under contract, and I am incredibly grateful for the timing, the wonderful new buyers, and knowing how much they’re going to love this house.
Most of all, I want to thank my amazing sellers. Your trust, patience, and appreciation throughout this process truly meant so much to me. When we made the decision to temporarily pause the listing to refresh the home with new carpet, wallpaper removal, fresh paint & updated baseboards, you were all in, and that made all the difference.
Since the home was vacant, I put on my interior designer hat and coordinated five different trades to bring the vision to life. Even during the slower holiday showing season, I made sure the home continued to show beautifully... vacuuming the new carpet, mopping the entryway, wiping down the kitchen counters, and more!
