It's not your hand that goes inside… it's the soap! 🧼😉

Our soap wash cloth is designed to hold your bar of soap.

Simply slip the soap inside, lather it up, and wash as usual. It helps regulate the amount of soap you use, can make your bar last longer, and gives your skin a gentle scrub and a good wash at the same time.

Supporting upcycling goes beyond our own workshop.♻️

As many of you know, we're passionate about giving materials a second life. That's exactly what inspired our and collections.

Today, we'd like to shine a light on a project by our friends at Shakespeare's Coffee.

They've found creative ways to repurpose used coffee sacks (burlap)into a range of products. The placemats pictured here are just one example of how a material that has fulfilled its original purpose can be transformed into something beautiful and functional.

If you're in Nairobi, stop by their new Coffee Garden in Gigiri. Enjoy a great cup of coffee, discover their upcycling ideas, and experience the space for yourself.

**A little behind-the-scenes glimpse... ✨**

The process isn't quite as fast as this video makes it look 😉, but it gives you an idea of what goes into creating one of our products.

**Sisal** is one of our favourite natural materials and an integral part of many of our designs. We love it because it's **durable**, has a beautiful natural texture, and—most importantly—it's **made in Kenya**.

Here, it's being woven into one of our **trivets (hot pot coasters)**—a simple but functional homeware piece that protects your surfaces while adding a warm, natural touch to your table.

I've always loved the green one. 💚

There's something a little different about it. And seeing it in the right setting makes me love it even more.

Working with reclaimed wood isn't always easy, but it's worth every challenge along the way.

Every piece is different, which means not every board is suitable for every project. Carefully assessing the wood is an important part of the process—choosing the right pieces to create something new, beautiful, and built to last.
