Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
of marketing & sales plan, quarterly, half yearly & yearly
of marketing & sales strategy & Tactics
sales target monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly provided by management
business relationship with different corporate house and institutions
communicate with the customers regarding interior & furniture prospect
Interior Design and Drawing specially in CAD software -Preferred
BOQ, quotation, bill and other necessary documents regarding sales
up with the in-house design team regarding on time Design and Drawing completion
visit plan, action plan & submit to management
action plan to identify potential market/ clients, create sales opportunity.
all the latest market information and send it to reporting Boss.
daily marketing activities report and make a future work plan.
marketing to different corporate offices & other Public and Private Company including individuals.
communication with all other departments of the Company if required and follow the instructions from top management.
additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
will be responsible for the sales & marketing of the company products (Office & Home Furniture, Interior Decoration) & establish the brand.
new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.

Educational Requirements:
of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Graduation in any discipline (In case of long experience in the related filed other requirements including educational qualification may be relaxed)
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Public Relation, Sales, Tele Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Interior Decoration
The applicants should have experience in : Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Sales
