To my wonderful November Pastry family,

When I started this business, I am a mother seeking to blend my passion with purpose. You welcomed my dream with open arms, and I am forever humbled that my cookies could play a small part in your celebrations, from corporate events to your most intimate gatherings.

Now, as my family and I embark on a new chapter with our relocation, the time has come to say goodbye. The cookies you see here were my last order in Hong Kong— a beautiful wedding. The design is from my earlier Chinese New Year collection, one I’ve always loved for its simple, clean, and elegant lines. It felt perfect to unite a piece of my earlier work with my final bake here in Hong Kong.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. To every client who trusted me with their celebrations, and to the incredible team of family, friends, group of moms and collaborators who helped build November Pastry—this journey would not have been as sweet without you. It feels only fitting to share this final note on November, I will carry all the sweetness you’ve given me into my family’s next adventure.
