อาคาร Sale Gallery ของหมู่บ้าน Arkin One ตั้งอยู่บริเวณด้านหน้าโครงการ ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นทั้งพื้นที่ต้อนรับและแสดงศักยภาพของโครงการ
ตัวอาคารถูกออกแบบให้รองรับการปรับเปลี่ยนฟังก์ชันในอนาคตเป็นบ้านพักอาศัยแบบ 3 ห้องนอนได้
สถาปนิกเริ่มต้นแนวคิดจากการวิเคราะห์รูปทรงของ แปลงที่ดินที่เป็นห้าเหลี่ยม ซึ่งมีด้านที่ติดกับถนนเป็นเส้นเฉียง ทำให้เกิดการออกแบบที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อจำกัดนี้ให้กลายเป็นจุดเด่นทางสถาปัตยกรรม อาคารจึงถูกออกแบบให้มีลักษณะเป็น กล่องสี่เหลี่ยมที่มีการร่นระนาบ ตามแนวเส้นเฉียงของที่ดิน เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับ ระยะร่น 6 เมตร ที่กำหนด
นอกจากความสวยงามทางดีไซน์แล้ว รูปทรงดังกล่าวช่วยทำหน้าที่สำคัญในการ พรางสายตา จากถนนภายนอกและจากสะพานลอยที่อยู่ด้านหน้าโครงการ ซึ่งช่วย เพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัว ให้กับผู้ใช้งานอาคารและผู้อยู่อาศัยในอนาคตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The Sales Gallery of Arkin One Village is located at the front of the project, serving as both a welcoming area and a showcase of the project's potential.

The building was designed to be easily converted into a 3-bedroom residence in the future.

The architects began with the idea of analyzing the pentagonal plot, which has a sloped side along the road. This constraint was leveraged into a key architectural feature. The building was designed as a series of rectangular boxes with recessed planes that follow the sloped boundary of the plot, aligning with the mandated 6-meter setback.

In addition to its aesthetic design, this form plays a crucial role in visually shielding the interior from the external road and the pedestrian bridge in front of the project. This effectively enhances privacy for both the current occupants and future residents.

ดำเนินมาถึงรอบที่ 2 หรือ Mark Winner กันแล้ว สำหรับ Golden Pin Design Award 2024 โดยเมื่อไม่กี่วันก่อน art4d เพิ่งนำเสนอผลงานไฮไลต์ทั้ง 12 ชิ้นจากนานาประเทศกันไป แต่ยังไม่ได้ไล่เรียงผลงานจากนักออกแบบไทยที่ได้รับรางวัลในรอบนี้ให้ครบถ้วน คราวนี้จึงขอโอกาสแสดงความยินดีกับทั้ง 39 รายชื่อที่สามารถคว้ารางวัลมาได้ด้วยงานออกแบบอันโดดเด่น ก่อนที่เราจะเข้าสู่ช่วงถัดไป ในอีกไม่กี่สัปดาห์ข้างหน้านี้
ทั้ง 39 รายชื่อเป็นผลงานจากทุกสาขา ตั้งแต่สาขา Product Design 6 ผลงาน สาขา Communication Design 10 ผลงาน สาขา Spatial Design 20 ผลงาน และสาขา Integrated Design 3 ผลงาน ซึ่งถ้าเทียบ สัดส่วนจากผลงานที่ผ่านเข้ารอบทั้งหมด 642 ผลงาน ก็ถือว่านักออกแบบชาวไทยมีพื้นที่ในเวทีนี้ค่อนข้างมั่นคงไม่น้อยทีเดียว

Golden Pin Design Award เป็นรางวัลการออกแบบที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดในตลาดการออกแบบของไต้หวัน จีน มาเก๊าและฮ่องกง ซึ่งต้องการเปิดโอกาสและสนับสนุนงานออกแบบไม่ว่าจะเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หรือผลงาน ออกแบบอีกหลากหลายประเภทที่มีความโดดเด่นจากประเทศต่างๆ ในเอเชีย
