We wanted to be super transparent: we have a large number of inquiries still in progress, and many of you have reached out. So, we thought it best to share our availability here!

Just a friendly reminder, your date isn’t secure without a deposit. If you’ve been on the fence, now’s a great time because we’ve seen multiple requests for the same dates! Of course, no pressure, always do what feels right for you!

Also, dates might change if we get fully booked or decide to take a breather. So, what’s available today might shift in a few months.

Hello friends! 🤍 Just popping in to remind you that I still have dates open for 2026 weddings! These are all of my open Saturdays at this time. Please note that although these dates are all currently available, I am only taking a limited number of coordination clients this year in order to make sure I serve my couples the absolute best I can, so the sooner to better for us to get in touch about your day!

🗓️ I do have select Sundays available as well upon request! 2027 books will be open soon, but Stills by Devan couples will get first dibs on those dates so if you’re also in need of photo or video services, this is a great way to knock out 2 major things at once from your long to-do list of wedding planning!

I tell brides this ALL THE TIME! To the point that if I had a catchphrase, it would be this. At the end of the day, the goal of your wedding is to be married to your best friend — everything else is a bonus! Yes, it’s fun to think of all the extra things and plan those details, but it can also be very stressful!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, this is your reminder to control what you can & let go of what you can’t. This also is a great reminder that you shouldn’t feel stressed on your wedding day, and I know just the girl that can make that possible for you 😉

Did you know I don’t only offer coordination? I also offer handwritten special touches for your event! This includes place cards, invitation addressing, and these handwritten custom cake toppers! I’m a little partial to these — the example photo is actually from my own wedding! I couldn’t find a font or an already made topper that I loved so I took matters into my own hands. I’m a very crafty person, and although I don’t craft as much as I used to (thanks to my cricut being toast 🙃), I still love to do things like this!
