Just a few projects!

- New install board & batten vinyl siding over existing shakes/partial removal of existing vinyl shakes & replacement with B & B!

- Front door with sidelights & screendoor remove/install!

- - - 50 year fade gaurantee, fire resistant, 30 degrees cooler on bare feet!

To achieve appropriate height(s) in all areas (no step out of XL sliding door, achievable grading at ground level without a huge build up) the main concept deck was constructed, one step, then a 3 ft landing. An easy way to get around the “2 step” code requiring railing! Boxing in this deck with railing would have taken too much away from it!
