Welcome to Australian Rescued Timbers. I am a Timber and resin artist making functional ART.....

Based on the east side of Brisbane, Australia.

I work with what ever timber I can find around the place and also sawmill timber slabs. I also use timber that has been sourced from tree loppers instead of being turned into mulch or burnt. Some products can be made from old building materials or even just pieces picked up off the side of the road. I am a small suburban based operation turning timber into functional Art for your home. I enjoy com

bining older style woodwork styles and combining them with more modern techniques like epoxy resin,
cnc engraving and others. My range is small but it is also organic and changes on a regular basis, all made with an eye on the character of every individual piece of timber I use. I do not carry much in the way of stock as most of the products I make are made to order. Howdy boys and girls :-) hope your all well :-) ..am still around..lol. Back into hospital on the 15th for another heart op and hopefully a few weeks after that I could be making sawdust again... In the meantime here is a little blues number to go with your coffee or bourbon depending on what time of the day it is..lol Cheers Adrian :-)

LIMITED DIGITAL PRINTS AVAILABLE.

As I am not allowed to lift heavy s**t I thought I would wack up some of my digital prints that are ready to hang.. All have been printed with archival inks and all that acid free stuff :-) The ones without frames are printed canvas and obviously the framed ones are in frames...lol.. the third type is glass acrylic prints... prices and approx dimensions on each image and its either local Brisbane pickup or pm for postage cost...ONLY 1 of each print is available to keep it a little unique for each client...

NOTE: Yes I know I take s**tty images, lol if you want a clearer example of any print just pm me as I have all the original digital files...

Relaxing at the PA hospital...lol..gotta love the socks...lol..cheers all

EDIT ok am home now.,..full story is i had a CRT pacemaker/defibrillator implanted to help control my stuffed heart... :-) :-).. Unfortunately it is only half successful as they were not able to implant the wire for the left side of the heart..so back next year for a different procedure to try and do that ...just gotta sit on my arse for a couple of weeks now....

Another couple of chess sets... first one with a timber and resin board with pearl green pieces and the other side pearl black pieces, with green veining through the resin on the board....

Second one represents Easts Roosters colours so yes I also do chess sets in sporting team colours if needed...full resin set both board and pieces,,,

Surfboard inspired bit of wall art made from camphor laurel timber and epoxy resin :-)

quiet a large one at 1.7mertres x 500mm. Finished off with a furniture grade gloss lacquer

Based on the east side of Brisbane, Australia and I work mainly with what ever timber i can scrounge around the place and also sawmill offcuts or slabs of timber that has been sourced (rescued) from tree loppers instead of being turned into mulch or burnt. Some products are also made from old building materials or even just pieces picked up off the side of the road.

I am a small suburban based operation and try to play my part in re-using or re-inventing old cast off timber into usable products for your home.

My range is small but it is also organic and changes on a regular basis, all made with an eye on the character of every individual piece of timber I use.

Each of my products are unique and different in their own right. Some pieces will just have subtle differences in the grain while other products will be vastly different in every product of a range. At times certain products will not be available as my product range will be based on what timber I have sourced and on hand to use.
