Whole New York Cheesecakes Are Available! 🍰

Whether you’re celebrating something special or just don’t want to share, our signature New York Cheesecake is available as a whole cheesecake for $85.

Each order includes:

✨ One whole New York Cheesecake
✨ One 16oz glass jar of sauce (your choice)
✨ Approximately 12 generous slices

Choose Your Sauce:
🍓 Housemade Strawberry Sauce
🍫 Chocolate Divine Sauce
🍋 Lemony Lemon Sauce

Additional 16oz sauce jars are available for $10 each.

All sauces come in a reusable glass jar that’s yours to keep.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for all whole cheesecake orders.

To order, send us a message with your preferred pickup date and sauce selection.

Hello everyone!

Just a reminder Miss Pinky will not be open this week due to preparing for a few events coming up this weekend.

First off we have the 4th of July Lahoma Event on Saturday starting at 9am throughout the whole day!
Come and find the Class and Sass Bakeshop tent and customize your very own New York Cheesecake or Tres Leches.

Samples will be available so that I can get you hooked on the tastiest thing in town. 😎

Miss Pinky will not be out this week due to preparing for the Lahoma Fourth of July event on Saturday June 20th and the Lotus Gold Anniversary for Monday, June 22nd.

You can come out and see me and all the other vendors that will be out there starting at 9am!

✨Test Kitchen! ✨

Peanut Butter cake with a whipped honey cream cheese frosting and a chocolate ganache drizzle.
I think we might call this one “The Gold Digger”

Made with all natural peanut butter and no seed oils 😱

As me and my husband were talking about one of our favorite subjects “peanut butter” he mentioned a peanut butter cookie with a whipped honey glaze. Well as you know I’m not a cookie baker. I’m a cake baker so why not try a peanut butter cake!
I was stumped on how to use natural peanut butter instead of you know the cheap Peter Pan. Nothing against it, it’s just not the Class and Sass Way.
