I tend to have imposter syndrome anyway, but the nature of having to let the world see the ugly sketchy phase of a piece, and especially having to leave it like that for days as it rains, is definitely breaking down any amount of ego I might have 😂😂🫣 however I am having SO MUCH FUN with this already. Playing with proportions this big is such a fun learning curve.

Doodle Grid Day. AKA the day you lose the faith of absolutely everyone 🤣

Painting? I got that. But the prep? 🫣 Dad’s got my back. There are no words for the gratitude I have for this man and all the millions of times he has come to save me.

In honor of The Bigfoot Festival today in Marion, NC, I am proud to introduce you to Harriet!

My Spooplets series has been a long time in the making, and I can’t believe I’m finally sharing! Harriet is the first officially released Spooplet. She is a Bigfoot who, when not exploring downtown Marion, can be found gardening, curling up with a good book, or spending time with her pet cat, Sassy. Harriet considers herself to be a healer and loves researching herbal remedies. If you pay a visit to her wooded cottage home, don't be surprised to find crystals on the windowsill and rosemary planted by the garden gate.

Art prints of “Hometown Harriet” are available for pre-order on my website!

If you’re at the Bigfoot Festival today, come by MACA and see me! I’ll be face painting!

Happy Valentine’s Day from Temu Glamrock Freddy and Derpy Tiger 🤣😘

Colored pencil and free handing characters are still not my strong suits hahaha but my kids know they’re made with love!

Does anyone have any good recommendations for super thin acrylic markers though? The ones I have are fantastic for banners, but trying to use them for the writing on these small cards was kind of a disaster. 🙈🤣
