Lo sappiamo tutti... perché non agire di conseguenza??

Oggi l’Agenzia Spaziale Europea ha pubblicato, tra le altre, questa drammatica foto.
Oltre che mettere in luce il contributo di riduzione del calore svolto dalle superfici vegetali ed alberate, questa mappa dimostra le prestazioni climatiche del Bosco Verticale.
Per noi è una conferma importante del nostro sforzo di proporre architetture verdi e abitate da alberi, oltre che uno stimolo a diffondere e potenziare i progetti di forestazione urbana come in tutte le città italiane e del mondo in cui lavoriamo.
Lo sperimentiamo tutti nel quotidiano, in questi giorni di luglio: nel verde, tra gli alberi e le piante, respiriamo, sentiamo meno caldo. Gli alberi hanno un impatto positivo sulla regolazione del microclima e sulla riduzione dell’effetto “isola di calore”.
Abbiamo un estremo bisogno di alberi nei parchi, nei giardini, sui tetti e nei cortili, quanto mai in questo momento storico della nostra specie su questo Pianeta. Forestare le città non è solo un atto di attenzione al mondo vegetale, ma un atto di sopravvivenza.

In addition to highlighting the heat reduction contribution made by plant and tree-lined surfaces, this map demonstrates the climatic performance of the Vertical Forest.
For us it is an important confirmation of our effort to propose green architectures inhabited by trees, as well as a stimulus to spread and strengthen urban forestry projects as Forestami in all the Italian cities and the world in which we work.
We all experience it daily, these days in July: in the green, among the trees and plants, we breathe, we feel less hot. Trees have a positive impact on regulating the microclimate and reducing the "heat island" effect.
We are in need of trees in parks, gardens, rooftops and courtyards than ever at this historic moment of our species on this planet. Urban Forestry is not just an act of attention to the plant world, but an act of survival.
