Rest in Peace Auntie. I’m so thankful I was able to tell you I love you.
These last couple months have been filled with so much grief and loss. I’ve felt like the air has been knocked from my lungs.

Please be patient with updates for the next little while. I’m still working on everything behind the scenes. I’ve just taken a little step back from socials during this time.

I don’t think there’s anything I love more than experimenting with new designs! This is my first time really getting to work with these murrini slices! They are so fun, the designs in them pop so beautifully 😍
I’m thinking more magnets, maybe some mini hangers / charms? My options are limitless, What else do you want to have made out of these fun designs!?

I have some mini bases with lights to make little lamps, and a new mold to be able to make some stand up pieces for candle holders, light pieces and more.

I’ll be taking the next couple weeks to get some stock ready for the couple of events I have coming up. I’m also working on potentially switching over my website and a ton of back end prep to ensure the best experience for all of my customers. I can’t wait to get into my markets and events, I’m so excited to see everyone in person!

Happy Saturday! I can’t believe this week has flown by as fast as it did. I unintentionally spent 2 weeks without my chronic pain meds, and the flare ups during that time were more than I expected. But I was able to still keep the kiln hot and the magic flowing! This last week I had more orders arrive, did some prep on smaller pieces, and got my first batch of magnets completed. I’ve been lucky enough to get a table at a local market in Grande Prairie in May, and I’m working on some pieces and getting my pin submitted to join the 2026 Game of Shrooms! I’m not crying. I’m not crying. 😭 One of my favourite molds cracked. Only 10 more weeks until the new kiln arrives and I’m no longer forgetting to set timers…
At least I got one more beautiful piece out of it, and I’ve got ideas on how to keep this one in rotation while I get a replacement on order. Guess I’m a little rusty after a vacation 😜

Well it’s been a little while off socials!
During my break I played with a few more designs, tested a mold design (the butterfly tile) and have been playing with some light switch plate designs! (Pics of those to come soon 😍) The butterfly is flying off to its new home (my grandmas house!) next week! I’m so thankful to have the support of my loved ones when it comes to my art. Especially when it comes to tester pieces, or pieces im not 100% happy with the final finish. The encouragement and support mean the world to me ♥️

I’ll probably be a little quiet on socials for another week, as I was able to fly out to surprise my bestfriend for her birthday 🥰♥️ 🍾🥳

But be prepared! There are some extremely exciting things happening at The Witch’s Furnace!

A new kiln has been officially ordered and should be here in the next couple months!

Most of my supply orders have now arrived, waiting on a final mold order that should be showing up over the next couple weeks.

In the coming weeks you’ll be seeing, new fused glass pieces, my first stained glass pieces to hit my store and not just be sold locally! As well as some glass supply for my fellow artists 👀

I’m not gonna lie, the news this week, so close to home shook me. I fell off with some of my work as the reality of the news set in, Im sending love to everyone . I’ll post again soon. I just needed time off socials.

Well might be time to take my kiln out of commission for a bit! It needs some serious upgrading. I’m working off an old analog kiln that I’m running manually, the pyrometer has gone on it. And I’ve been running it off visual queues since it was given to me.
Last week I had an issue with my temp dial and the indicator was knocked off. Trying to get it back to perfect has been a major pain! I have a few more tests to run and products to try and finish before my baby goes down for repair.

🤞🏼 Hopefully these next tests go more according to plan.

Just going through some backend stuff on Shopify. I don’t know if I should be flattered or offended that Shopify auto set my meta data on my products to plastic and resin 🥴🫠

They are all GLASS! It’s been updated!
