🍄✨ A new addition to the botanical catalogue

I’m currently neck-deep in commissions over here, but that hasn’t stopped me from quietly adding to the growing gallery of human-made botanical artworks.

This latest piece is one of my favourite fungi — the wonderfully unmistakable Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria). 🍄

Digitally painted and inspired by the tradition of vintage botanical and scientific illustration, this piece is part of my ever-growing collection of illustrated flora and fungi. I love taking these familiar natural forms and giving them that old-world, archival feel while still creating every artwork from scratch myself.

There are commissions to finish, emails to answer and a thousand more things competing for my attention… but I’ll always make room for a little botanical painting. 🌿

The gallery continues to grow, one human-made illustration at a time.

🍄🌿 The Forager's Table — Northern Europe

A new addition to the botanical catalogue:
I’ve been slowly building a collection of illustrated fungi from different corners of the world, and this one takes us north.

The Forager’s Table: Edible Fungi of Northern Europe brings together a selection of some of the region’s most recognisable and sought-after edible mushrooms, from woodland favourites to autumn foraging treasures.

Each species has been digitally painted, inspired by the tradition of vintage botanical and scientific illustration. I wanted this one to feel a little like something you might find hanging in an old naturalist’s study — part field guide, part kitchen reference, part celebration of the strange and wonderful things that grow beneath the trees. 🍄

And because apparently I can’t make a mushroom poster without immediately wanting to make another...

This is the third of a growing series exploring fungi through the edible, the poisonous, and the curious.

👑📖 The Royal — Handmade Journal

Back by popular demand - The Royal is one of my more experimental journal designs — a deep red velvet cover, antique-style bronze corners, and delicate gold leaf decoration make this one feel like it belongs somewhere between a travelling scholar’s desk and a rather eccentric royal library.

The first batch of these journals disappeared surprisingly quickly, so I had to bring them back. Each one is hand-bound by me using quality artist-grade paper, making it just as suited to sketches and paintings as it is to writing, notes, plans, or whatever else you feel like filling its pages with.

As with all my handmade journals, every little detail is finished by hand, so each one has its own character.

The little ceramic cauldron vessels are individually handmade from clay, fired and then filled and poured by hand 🖤

A fresh batch of my little polymer clay teeth earrings has just been added to the shop — because apparently there are people out there who also think tiny disembodied teeth make excellent jewellery.

Each tooth is individually hand-sculpted and hand-painted by me, so every pair has its own little quirks and character.

A few things are entering the shop this week...The Hobbit Door Pins are back — tiny sculptural pieces inspired by the wonderfully cosy doors of Hobbiton. 🏡

Each one is individually shaped by hand from air-dry clay and finished by me, so no two little doors are ever quite the same.

These have traditionally been a Comic Con exclusive, made in small batches for fellow fantasy nerds, and Tolkien fans. But I figured since my shop name and brand carries love and inspirations from the Lord of the Rings Universe...They are now a staple small gift available for everyone.
