This October, By Kes turns four. Four years of handmaking from my studio in Namaqualand, with a love for natural ingredients, beautiful fragrances, and the simple pleasure of daily comforts.

Four years of making, curing, wrapping, creating, learning and growing.

A very big thank you to every customer who has chosen a By Kes soap bar, and to every stockist who has given this brand a place on their shelves. Every bar chosen, every shelf offered, has built By Kes - one purchase at a time.

New packaging, a larger bar size, and a brand story that will grow with every collection to come, each one rooted in a place, a memory, or a moment that shaped me.

This next chapter is one I've been quietly working toward for a while.

Here's to four years, and to everything still to come. 🥂

I can’t believe four years have gone by so quickly, while By Kes has slowly grown into the little brand it is today.

And… our much-loved fragrances will be arriving in larger 125g soap bars! Beautifully wrapped and made with the same small-batch care you know and love.
