GRASS ZA was proud to be part of the DAS Conference 2026, held yesterday at Atterbury Theatre in Pretoria.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with architects, designers and specifiers, exchange ideas and explore how innovative furniture hardware can bring functionality and exceptional design together.

GRASS ZA had the privilege of presenting an industry lecture to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd-year students at Potchefstroom Academy! 🎓

Our topic, “From Concept to Cabinet,” explored how creative ideas become functional, beautifully finished spaces through innovative design, quality furniture fittings and intelligent hardware solutions.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share our knowledge, showcase our solutions and inspire the next generation of designers! 🙌

A big thank you to Potchefstroom Academy and all the students for making it such a great experience. Here’s to shaping the future of design together!

A successful day of sharing knowledge, inspiring creativity and connecting with the next generation of designers. 🎓
Today, GRASS ZA had the privilege of engaging with interior design students and taking them From Concept to Cabinet — exploring the technology, hardware, movement systems, storage solutions and lighting that turn great designs into functional spaces.
From GRASS drawer systems, hinges, flap and storage solutions to L&S integrated lighting, the focus was on one important message:
Design what people see. Specify what makes it work.
The questions, engagement and enthusiasm from the students made the day incredibly rewarding.
We believe that investing in education and sharing practical industry knowledge is an investment in the future of our industry.
Thank you to the university, lecturers and students for an amazing day.
The future is in good hands. 💡
