Today I woke up craving 🍊 Chinese orange chicken… crispy, saucy, sweet goodness 😍
But somewhere between morning and lunchtime… my heart said:
“No… give me 🌽 nshima with cabbage.” ❤️
And just like that, we traveled from China back home to Zambia 🇿🇲
Because sometimes it’s not about fancy meals…
It’s about what comforts your soul ✨

Today was one of those days…
I had a whole plan—ingredients, idea, everything… 🍊
Chinese orange chicken was calling my name.
But deep down, I just wanted something warm, simple, and familiar… 🌽
So I listened.
And made nshima with cabbage ❤️
Sometimes, you don’t need fancy…
You just need home.

A Mother’s Love

A mother’s love is soft yet strong,
A quiet place where we belong.
Through every tear, through every smile,
She walks with us each mile by mile.
Her hands may tire, her heart won’t rest,
She gives the world and keeps the best.
In whispered prayers and gentle care,
You feel her love is always there.
She lifts you up when you feel low,
Sees the strength you don’t yet know.
A guiding light, both warm and true,
No one loves the way she loves you.
So today we pause, we celebrate,
The love she gives, so pure, so great.
For every hug, for all she’s done,
Forever cherished, a mother’s love—one. 💖

A day in my life in Perth 🇦🇺… cleaning my bedroom and resetting for the week 🧹✨
Back home in Zambia, we say a clean space brings a peaceful heart 💛
So today, I’m choosing peace, one little corner at a time.
Simple moments like this mean everything 🤍
