Caught between silence and strike. 🐆

Built layer by layer in charcoal, pushing contrast to bring out every rosette, every whisker, every ounce of presence. The eyes were everything here… they had to feel alive.

I'm so much in love with drawing dogs and lillies. Of late I have fallen in love with turning those dogs and lillies into coffee mugs, thus enabling you to own a piece of art at an affordable cost.

If there's one thing I have mastered really well over the years is ensuring my artworks are well kept and stored safely. I have always done so because I believe that each and every art piece I create will sell someday, might not be today, 1 year from now but I always believe that each piece has its own selling date. My belief served me well a few months ago where I sold 2 lion drawings from 2024 and 2 others (African wild dog and warthog) from 2023. I'm grateful to myself for always seeing value in my old work and ensuring they're kept in perfect condition. 😄
