كان الطريق طويل ومليان سفر وغياب وتعب ما بينحكى عنه بسهولة… بس كان الهدف واضح من البداية: الوصول للجنسية الروسية. 🇷🇺
اليوم، هذا الهدف صار حقيقة… وخطوة رسمية انضافت لمسيرتي المهنية والشخصية.
وخلال كل فترة كنت فيها بروسيا، ما كان السفر مجرد انتقال، كان فرصة حقيقية استثمرتها بالكامل داخل معاهد ومطابخ روسية، لتعلّم المطبخ الروسي من أساسه وبأسلوبه الأصلي.
كل تجربة، كل تدريب، وكل يوم شغل كان بيضيفلي مستوى جديد من الخبرة اللي رح يبين أثرها قريباً جداً على المحتوى يلي رح قدّموه.
المرحلة الجاية مختلفة… أقوى… وأغنى بتجارب ووصفات رح تنعرض لأول مرة.
استنوا القادم… لأنو فعلياً البداية الحقيقية بلشت اليوم. ✨🇷🇺
The journey was longer than I expected… filled with travel, long absences, hard work, and challenges that weren’t easy to talk about. But from the very beginning, the goal was clear: obtaining Russian citizenship. 🇷🇺
Today, that goal has officially become reality — a major step added to both my personal and professional journey.
During every period I spent in Russia, I didn’t let the experience pass by without growth. I used every moment to learn deeply inside Russian culinary institutes and kitchens, studying authentic Russian cuisine from its true roots.
Every training, every experience, and every challenge added a new level to my skills — and soon, you’ll see all of that reflected in the content and recipes I’ll be sharing.
The next chapter will be different… stronger… and full of new experiences and recipes you haven’t seen from me before.
