This International Chef's Day, I would like to take the opportunity to reflect on my Culinary journey which has been filled with passion,hard work and innumerable learning experiences.
I'm very grateful for the support I've received from my professors in my college, mentors throughout my career and my colleagues as well.
As I complete a decade in this industry I would like to share a message: accept any challenge that comes our way, learn from our mistakes and never lose the passion for cooking.
