A workspace designed for flexibility, efficiency, and smart collaboration.
Executed as a Design & Build project, the Rice Business Centre at I Rise Tower was delivered within a timeline of 120 days. Envisioned as a dynamic regional business hub, the space is engineered for optimal utilization of amenities and office areas, with a strong emphasis on flexibility. The concept revolves around creating 15 offices in a seamless "plug-and-play" environment where multiple tenants can co-exist while enjoying shared premium facilities.
What sets this project apart is its response to the building's unique S-curved floor plate. By leveraging this organic geometry, the layout maximizes window-line exposure, ensuring that most workstation clusters benefit from natural light and panoramic views. A central circulation corridor anchors the space, enabling smooth connectivity between Block A and Block B while supporting high footfall movement.
Special attention was given to balancing high-density workstations with well-curated amenities, including a dedicated reception area, formal boardrooms, and informal meeting zones within each office, along with a centralized pantry shared by all tenants. Each element was thoughtfully integrated to support diverse business needs and revenue streams.
A key highlight is the seamless integration of shared premium facilities within a multi-tenant environment. Creating a space where 15 offices can function independently while sharing amenities required careful planning and coordination. The result delivers a workspace that feels both private and connected - offering businesses the best of both worlds.
