Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a therapeutic practice rooted in the Japanese tradition of immersing oneself in nature to promote overall well-being.
It involves mindfully experiencing and observing the natural environment, listening to the soothing sounds of rustling leaves and chirping birds, inhaling the fresh scent of pine and earth, touching the rough bark of trees, engaging all the senses to fully absorb the healing properties of the forest, fostering a sense of harmony and balance within oneself and with the environment.
