This family living room is conceived as a warm, contemporary retreat, balancing sculptural furniture with tactile natural materials and a restrained, earthy palette. The overall language is soft and sophisticated rather than overtly formalā€”a direction increasingly associated with contemporary family interiors that prioritize comfort alongside refinement.

The room is grounded in creamy ivory, sand, taupe and warm brown tones, creating a calm backdrop for richer timber and darker accents. A generous curved modular sectional dominates the seating area, its rounded upholstered forms giving the room a relaxed, inviting character. A matching sculptural lounge chair reinforces the soft, enveloping quality of the furniture.

This luxurious bathroom is defined by a sophisticated interplay of natural stone, rich walnut wood, and warm brushed-brass accents. Large-format ivory stone cladding establishes a calm, monolithic backdrop, contrasted by dramatic veined marble that wraps the vanity backsplash, countertop, and wall surfaces, introducing depth, movement, and a distinctive sense of natural artistry.

The double vanity is anchored by beautifully crafted walnut cabinetry, featuring pronounced wood grain, refined panel detailing, and understated brass hardware. Above, sculptural oval mirrors with slim bronze frames soften the geometry of the space, while a delicate multi-globe chandelier adds a mid-century-inspired touch. This open kitchen combines warm contemporary detailing with a refined, almost sculptural material palette. Full-height oak cabinetry creates a calm architectural envelope, with fine vertical grain and minimal reveals giving the walls a seamless, monolithic appearance.

The focal point is the deep green marble, used continuously across the backsplash, countertop and island. Its dark base, intricate veining and subtle touches of bronze and earthy tones introduce depth and natural variation, contrasting beautifully with the warmth of the timber.

A series of fluted glass display cabinets sits within the marble-framed recess. The hotel lobby is conceived as a warm, contemporary and highly refined arrival space, built around a restrained palette of natural stone, warm timber and soft integrated lighting.

Large-format travertine or limestone panels define the walls and elevator surrounds, with their natural horizontal veining adding subtle texture and continuity. These are contrasted by warm walnut timber wall cladding, creating a rich but understated atmosphere. The lower portions of the stone walls feature finely ribbed stone detailing, adding another layer of craftsmanship and vertical rhythm.

The elevator entrances are deeply recessed and framed in timber, with dark interiors that create strong visual depth. Slim linear sconces in translucent stone are positioned between the elevators, providing a soft, ambient glow. Minimal black elevator controls and signage introduce discreet contemporary accents.

The ceiling remains clean and largely white, incorporating recessed spotlights and continuous perimeter LED lines that emphasize the geometry of the space. Underfoot, a warm timber-look floor laid in a structured pattern reinforces the natural material palette.
