A first impression designed to feel as delightful as the experience inside.

Inspired by the charm of European cafés and confectionery boutiques, the facade combines soft pastel greens and blush pinks, scalloped detailing, floral accents, and striped parasols to create a playful yet elegant street presence. The outdoor extends the brand experience beyond the entrance, transforming the storefront into an inviting destination that feels both nostalgic and contemporary.

Every design element was carefully curated to reflect the warmth, family-friendly spirit, and theatrical personality of The Dutch Pancake House.

A sculptural approach to luxury wellness.

Designed as more than functional spaces, the powder room and bathroom within the Burj Khalifa Residence explore materiality, mood, and immersion at an architectural scale. Rich veined marble, smoked bronze finishes, and ambient lighting compositions create an atmosphere that feels intimate yet dramatic.

The powder room becomes a statement piece of its own wrapped in glowing amber stone that transforms the space into a jewel-like experience. In contrast, the bathroom embraces deeper tones and monolithic textures, balancing warmth with quiet sophistication.

Set against the skyline of Burj Khalifa, the living room is envisioned as an immersive experience of light, material, and form. A celestial-inspired ceiling creates a sense of infinite depth, while sculptural furniture and expressive marble surfaces bring warmth, fluidity, and architectural character to the space.

Step inside the Bardia Residence, a home designed as a statement of quiet opulence. Soft neutrals layer the space, while intricately veined, sculpted marble anchors the rooms with quiet strength.

Every element here flows with intention. From the seamless cabinetry and uninterrupted lines of the living spaces to the precise geometry and softly backlit mirrors of the spa-like bathrooms.
