Conceived as more than just a dining destination, the design transforms the environment into an active participant in the guest experience, creating a rich sensory journey where architecture, atmosphere, and storytelling become inseparable.

Layered textures, lush greenery, dramatic lighting, and organic forms work together to blur the boundary between the built environment and nature.

The guest experience unfolds through a series of carefully choreographed moments, transitioning from intimate and secluded spaces to vibrant social settings, creating a sense of anticipation, discovery, and escapism throughout the journey.

Celebrating the spirit of La Dolce Vita, Chiano is envisioned as an upscale, experience-led destination that blends vintage, retro, and classic Italian influences into a richly layered and playful environment.

Inspired by the elegance, warmth, and history of the Amalfi Coast and Positano, the design combines sculptural forms, bold retro-inspired patterns, and premium materials to create a setting that feels both timeless and vibrant, capturing the slow rhythm of coastal Italian living and encouraging guests to connect, share, and savour the experience from day to night.

Stoke & Stoker at is a sophisticated bar destination inspired by the romance and glamour of the historic Orient Express.

Reimagining the elegance of golden-era rail travel through a contemporary hospitality lens, the venue takes guests on an immersive journey from West to East, combining timeless vintage sophistication with layered cultural influences.

Beneath a dramatic domed ceiling and glistening chandeliers, guests are immersed within richly layered interiors featuring black and white marble flooring, warm timber finishes, bevelled mirror detailing, plush velvet upholstery, and tasselled accents that introduce softness and romance throughout the space.

Located within , Koo Madame is a high-end Chinese restaurant that reinterprets the glamour and cultural richness of 1920s Shanghai through a contemporary lens.

Drawing inspiration from Shanghai’s historic French Concession, the design blends Sino-French influences with a refined Art Deco sensibility to create a layered and atmospheric hospitality experience.

Vintage detailing, subtle oriental influences, distressed finishes, rich fabrics, and antiqued bronze metalwork come together to evoke a feeling of urban elegance.

Evoking the charm of 1920s Shanghai, the space explores shadow, warmth, and layered materiality. Dark timber tones and rich textures create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and cinematic.

Blending Mediterranean and Levantine influences with contemporary French elegance, Mila at Rosewood Doha is an all-day dining destination shaped as much by atmosphere as by flavor.

From the very first step, the arrival feels warm and organic, as though you’ve wandered from a storied European boulevard into a lively bistro filled with energy.
