Some conversations shape projects. Others shape industries.

Last week, our Founder and Creative Director, Carla Conte, joined an inspiring panel of leaders at the A&D Hub Meeting of Minds to explore the evolving dynamics of negotiation across architecture, interior design, hospitality, property development and fit out.

While contracts may not be the most glamorous topic, they sit at the heart of every successful partnership. Carla shared her belief that as an industry, we have a responsibility to establish consistent, fair contractual standards that protect both creative businesses and the clients who place their trust in us. When expectations are clear, relationships grow stronger. When trust is built from the very beginning, creativity has the freedom to flourish.

It was an honest and meaningful discussion that reminded everyone in the room that the strongest collaborations are built on transparency, mutual respect and a shared commitment to excellence.

A Glimpse Behind the Craft.

Earlier this year, our Interior Designer, Mariya Ganchi had the opportunity to be part of the EgeArt exhibition in Dubai. That experience has now led her to Denmark, where she was invited to visit the Ege Carpets factory and attend 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen, one of the world’s most celebrated design festivals.

From witnessing the extraordinary craftsmanship behind every carpet to exploring the latest ideas shaping the future of architecture, interiors, and product design, the trip offered a rare look into the people, processes, and innovation that define one of the industry’s most respected names.

Experiences like these remind us that great design is built through curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to keep learning. We are incredibly proud to see Mariya representing Brand Creative on the global design stage and bringing fresh inspiration back to our studio.
