For centuries, the gardens of Alhambra and Generalife were imagined as earthly visions of paradise, where beauty lived in the balance between nature and design. With Al-Andalus, we bring that same spirit to the table in colour, ornamentation, and love for detail.

The collection features vibrant pairings of 30 hand-drawn motifs inspired by the scenic Moorish gardens. Shaded courtyards, fine geometries, and blooming fruit and flower translate into a contemporary design language, that evokes memories of an Andalusian summer at the table.

What began as a memory slowly became a mirage. A shared passion for design, history and travel informed French designer Thierry Journo and Good Earth's Founder and Creative Director, Anita Lal's vision for Mirage – A Desert Fantasy.​

The fine porcelain tableware features a new design vocabulary of 18 unique motifs, elaborately hand-painted and developed over a period of one year. Swaying palms, draped tents, sleeping leopards, and glamorous musicians come together to create vignettes of illusion under the desert sky.

These illustrations are further enlivened through Good Earth's signature colour exploration, with a palette of coral, rose, leaf, aquamarine, turquoise, and cerise— each hue uplifted with hand-painted gold details.​
