Over the course of 75 days, every detail has been carefully crafted to create a premium retail destination that reflects the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design.

From bespoke joinery and refined finishes to thoughtfully curated customer experiences, the vision has been brought to life through a complete design and build transformation.

Located within Nad Al Sheba Mall, The Cobbler Village has been designed to offer more than a retail space, creating an environment where craftsmanship, heritage, and modern luxury come together.

Habtoor Tower Phase 2, now enters the next stage of development following the completion of the lobby shell and core works.

As the project continues to take shape, work now shifts toward creating the lifestyle spaces that will complete the overall Commercial luxury experience within the tower.

Located within one of Dubai’s evolving high-end developments, this phase focuses on transforming the shell & core environment into a strong commercial space. Focusing on functionality, modern aesthetics, and premium ex*****on.

Wrapping up 2025 with a bang! From crafting the chic Suluu salon, to unveiling our second kiosk for Jouri, and delivering another stunning Cobbler Village store. These final months have been a testament to growth, creativity, and dedication. And as we look ahead, 2026 promises to be even bigger, better, and bolder for Exotic Interiors.
