For this high-end private villa in Dubai Hills, our scope brought together three distinctive finishes, each selected to complement the architectural and interior design vision:
• Bespoke terrazzo flooring throughout the basement, creating a seamless, refined foundation
• Decorative wall finishes adding depth, texture, and character to the interiors
• Stone carpet combining natural texture with a clean, contemporary aesthetic
The result is a carefully considered palette of texture, tone and materiality—designed to feel cohesive while allowing each finish to have its own identity.
For architects and interior designers, we work closely from sample development and colour selection through to final application, helping translate the design intent into a finished surface.
