An outdoor auditorium, walkable landscape, and one of the best views over the city—all brought together as part of a single landscape concept.

Some days a building is photographed under perfect sunlight.

Other days, the weather tells a more interesting story.

A moment from one of our projects, where glass, terrain, and dramatic skies become part of the same composition.

🇦🇲🇺🇸 In a large office building, not every important meeting happens in a conference room. This business lounge and bar was designed as a place for informal conversations, a coffee between meetings, or an evening drink after a productive day. A space that works just as hard as the offices around it.

🇦🇲🇺🇸 Your office is often the first conversation your company has with clients and the place where your team spends most of its day. It should reflect the standards you expect from your business.

Workplaces are also defined by the moments between work.
A lounge and bar area to bring people together- whether for a quick coffee, an informal meeting, or simply a change of pace.
