As promised, I released the Pomegranate Lopapeysa pattern today. It is now available in my web store (don’t forget to use the BEGAKSHOP discount code), on Ravelry with a 26% discount until June 15, and on Etsy.
I am very happy with the result and already looking forward to the cooler days in Graz when I can start wearing this beautiful sweater.

Meanwhile, my next Icelandic sweater is nearing completion — I’m already knitting the yoke, and I hope to release the pattern in early June. The design is called Pomegranate, and this particular sweater is for myself ❤️

Why did I decide to start it? I work alone, and I don’t have colleagues to talk to about work, creative process and everything around it. So I end up having endless conversations in my head — about my mistakes and discoveries and how I can use them, what inspires me (and what drives me crazy), what I’ve already learned, and what I still want to try.

I’ll be sharing some of these thoughts on Substack. For now, everything will be free, and we’ll see where it goes 😊
