My name is Marina, and crochet is part of my soul.
It’s a legacy passed down from my grandmother — a language of love, patience, and care that I carry with me in every stitch 🧶
The name Marlena comes from my daughter, Maria Elena. She is my heart, my inspiration, and the reason this brand exists. Every piece I make carries a little bit of her, a little bit of me, and a lot of love.
I’m turning 40 this year, I share my home with a cat 🐱, and crochet is where I find peace in a world that often feels loud. Writing patterns and creating with my hands brings me calm, joy, and a deep sense of purpose.
I currently live in Austria, but life has taken me to many places. I speak five languages, and no matter where I am, crochet has always been my constant — my home.
Every pattern I write and every piece I create is made slowly, intentionally, and with so much happiness.
