ground yourself. put your pencil to paper, take a deep breath before you start drawing. observe.

inwards is a series of relaxed charcoal drawing workshops, open to all levels and requiring no "artistic talent". I'll guide you through an activity to loosen up first, then introduce a creative prompt combining life drawing and self-reflection. everyone is free to share (or not if you're not comfortable!) their work. we will meet in a small group of up to 6, so that everyone feels comfortable.
