If you would like your pet made, please read my FAQ, then email at 9am ACST on Sunday 15th March 🤗 the first 4 I receive will be confirmed 🤗
Feel free to email prior to be cleared to not land in spam on the day, I've had this issue before 😬 I'll check it and reply to them before Sunday.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 🐾

PRICE:
Full body sculpture: $230AUD + postage
Face only (magnet/decoration/frame): $60AUD + postage
- 50% deposit payment to start, remainder paid when complete.

HOW TO ORDER:
To save me monitoring all the direct message options I have, I will announce on my socials a specific time to email me (ahead of time to allow for all time zones)
The first 4 emails I receive at that time, will have their orders confirmed. (pending whether I can work with the photos) - they will be sent an order form by reply email seeking all the details.
Note: Maximum of 2 items per order.

Anyone outside the first 4 will be replied to, advised to try again with the next announced time.
- I cannot run a waiting list as it blew out to 5 years at one point.
- I also tried a lottery system, but seeing the amount of tickets I had waiting still felt like a 5 year waiting list 😕

DO I JUST CREATE DOGS:
I can sculpt other animals, but my strength is with dogs. If I can tell by the photo of your other pet that I wouldn't be able to create them to a standard I approve of, then I will sadly need to decline the order e.g a ragdoll cat doesn't translate well into clay.

CONSIDERATIONS:
- I request that any reasoning for wanting your order to be prioritised not be messaged to me, I get daily messages of people's dogs passing or being diagnosed with something heartbreaking and it adds a pressure and also makes me genuinely upset. I will absolutely love to hear all about your dog and their life when I get to creating the mini them, but until that time, the less I know about dogs being unwell, the better I am as a human :)

- I work full time and this is a hobby.

- At each stage before I bake them, I seek feedback - in case I need to change anything before its set into place. If there are a significant number of requested changes to the point I feel like I won't be able to meet your requirements, I will regretfully have to cancel your order and refund your deposit. No refunds can be provided if the face/head has been baked in to place.

SIZING:
The full body sculptures average 12cm tall, and the faces average 6cm.

- If you are wanting it for a wedding cake topper, please have the dimensions of your cake ready for me to work to 💍. Likewise if you have a specific urn/memorial piece you would like them added to.
