Yesterday was a pretty special day for me. 💚

This month, Thermomix® Australia has been running Mix It Forward, gifting refurbished TM6s to community organisations — and for me, that community was my school. 🥹

It was such a special morning connecting with my community, cooking delicious food and showing parents how having a Thermomix® in our school can benefit so many areas — from our school garden through to After Hours School Care.

A huge thank you to Christina for helping me share how this incredible machine can support our kids to get involved with real food, learn valuable skills and build confidence from an early age. 💚

I absolutely LOVE being able to Mix It Forward and give back to the community that means so much to me.

Sometimes it’s the small things. 😂

The recipe called for chicken mince… well, I own a Thermomix. 🙌

Chicken breast = chicken mince, with absolutely no s # other than chicken in it. 😂

Honestly, why buy chicken mince when you can just make your own?! 💁‍♀️

Who has noticed the update? Which part do you ❤️ the most. I do like the multiple timers and also the gather ingredients list - really handy when prepping.

So.... I am trying to be a bit healthier (but boy I ❤️ food). But tonight I tried zoodles for the first time - 2 x zucchini done in 20 seconds- amazeballs!!! Using the cutter/Spiralizer. Its a 🏆 for me and will be on repeat.

Sometimes its the small things. Breadcrumbs - yes. I didn’t have any bread so went to the shop and bought clearance bread - made my breadcrumbs- enough for my parmesan, herb crumbed pork chops and also filled my container in the freezer (and yes milled parmesan in thermie also). Then used the cutter (which I ❤️) for my potato 🥔 bake. What is something simple you cover with your Thermomix?
