PROJECT FEATURE | New Tonale by Santamargherita

We love seeing our surfaces become part of thoughtfully designed spaces—and we’re incredibly happy with the outcome of New Tonale by Santamargherita in this project by Walter Brooke – Adelaide Architects.

Used extensively throughout the interior, New Tonale brings a distinctive terrazzo-inspired character with its soft grey base and varied aggregate detailing. From the expansive kitchen island and flooring to vertical surfaces, joinery details and integrated seating, the material creates a strong sense of continuity across the space.

We especially love how its refined neutral tones are contrasted with warm timber, sleek grey cabinetry and unexpected pops of vibrant yellow—a great example of how a versatile surface can become part of a much more expressive design.

Seeing New Tonale, selected from AMS Surfaces, applied at this scale and with such considered detailing is incredibly rewarding. We couldn’t be happier to see the material brought to life so beautifully.
