🤔 Who else loves a good leftover makeover?

Tonight's dinner was leftover 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 stuffed into zucchini, topped with cheese and baked until golden and bubbly. 😋🧀

Honestly, I think it tasted even better than the first night! 😂

💚 A little story from yesterday...

This lovely TM31 has been part of Christine's kitchen for many years.

😕 After experiencing an error and discovering that the TM31 is no longer serviced, she wasn't sure what her options were.

☎️ We spent quite some time on the phone trying to process her Trade-Up order, but technology wasn't being our friend! 😊

👍 As I was heading to Adelaide the following day for an appointment, I offered to call in and help her in person. Thankfully, we were able to get everything sorted and Christine is now looking forward to her brand-new TM7. 🎉

One thing I've realised since moving to SA is that rugby league isn't followed quite like it is in the NT, so Simon will be cheering on his team while watching State of Origin tonight! 😆

Meanwhile, I've got a Thermomix challenge...

I've got a container of leftover Chunky Bolognese in the fridge. 🤔

You can increase or decrease this recipe, found on Cookidoo 👌
🤗 I did test this recipe's limits last night though:
💚 I ended up using 2 kilos of mince
💚 Cooked mince in the Varoma dish
💚 I cooked my pasta in the Thermoserver

👍 I have plenty left over too.
