Happy New Year from us all at I Was Framed Albury! We have started the year with many great ideas that will benefit our customers, so watch this space! We had fun framing “circle ned” a stretched canvas that we added a beautiful floating frame to. Do you have a stretched canvas at home that you’d like to elevate to the next level? A floating frame might be the way to go!

Another canvas original from Vietnam.. the rocks were 3D to a depth of a 10mm at least with its heavily built up paint.....

Another canvas original from Vietnam.. the rocks were 3D to a depth of a 10mm at least with its heavily built up paint.. so we didn’t stretch it to disrupt it rather we vacpressed it onto 5mm acid free foamcore.. 👌

We jokingly call this our “cow moulding” it is regularly selected when framing cows. This fantastic b&w picture is huge 1.5 metres in length and so custom cut Perspex has been used, you’d think it was glass except it keeps this frame nice and light. It’s a treasured image, it’s been on the wall for decades in a frame that recently broke when it came off the wall. So this will go into their new home, a new look for a new space and yet the treasured, old memories will be there :)
