Here at The Freckled Field, we believe that we have been partitioned to be good stewards of our environment and the people, flora and fauna that inhabit it. This means our floral foam and other related floristry items must be renewable/reusable, able to be composted and packaged as close to zero waste as possible. The floristry industry needs to be so much better at this and we want to be leading the charge!

🌸 From Seed to Celebration 🌸

One of the most beautiful parts of my job is the journey every bloom takes—starting as a tiny seed in my flower patch, growing under the sun’s care, and eventually being harvested to bring joy, comfort, and connection.

Today, two arrangements remind me of the privilege of this work. One, a thank-you gift for a lovely lady, crafted simply to brighten her day. The other, a tribute to Helen, whose loved ones wished to share a gesture of beauty and love with her family during this time of farewell.

It’s moments like these that truly humble me. To bring a little beauty into someone's life—a smile, a memory, or a heartfelt moment—this is why I do what I do. I feel so blessed to play even a small part in life’s celebrations, connections, and goodbyes. 💐
