Well it’s been awhile but supermarket marmalade has driven me to try a batch despite not having any Seville Oranges. I have some nice y waxed navels from the farmers market so thought I would give them a try. The marmalade took a lot longer to set but got there in the end. Not quite as bitter as Seville but pretty good. Meanwhile I have planted a tiny Seville tree in my tiny garden. I’m hoping for Oranges next year.

One of the nicest Foccacia’s I have made. So bubbly the bubbles were popping in the oven! Was meant to be shared but Covid caused a cancellation so I might have to eat it all

It’s been a while as I wasn’t able to roll out dough due to shoulder injury and reconstruction but have to say I’m very happy with the result. Sourdough croissants for breakfast today 😊
