✨ A little custom order behind the scenes ✨

It started with a customer asking if we could source Kakadu Plum… and ended with a very lovely little custom order. 🤍

We made two 400 ml Republic wickless candles — one in Kakadu Plum and one in Apple Cinnamon — plus four wax melts. 🕯️✨

We love being able to accommodate special fragrance requests when we can, and this one was particularly fun to make!

✨ A little change is coming to Riverview…

We’ve been busy behind the scenes working on new ideas, testing products and planning what’s next for Riverview Candle Co. 🕯️

But first… we need some room! 😂

Did you know your candle's first burn can affect every burn afterwards? 🕯️

Giving your candle a little care from the beginning can help it burn more evenly and beautifully.

Before lighting, trim your wick to approximately 5mm.

On that important first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This establishes an even melt pool and helps prevent tunnelling.

After that, remember to trim your wick before each burn and never burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.

And when approximately 10mm of wax remains, it's time to say goodbye to your candle.

A little care helps you get the very best from your Riverview candle. 🤍
