🌸Sometimes you forget to slow down, sometimes you forget to be kind to yourself, sometimes you forget that in the end, it’s all going to be ok, sometimes you forget to just BREATHE…we feel like we go around and around in circles and are trapped in a bowl, swimming endlessly and never reaching our destination…

We just need to remember to breathe…I give myself permission to breathe…

A kind reminder from a workshop I did with .donald at the beginning of the year to set goals, ok, so I made it to the tenth month of the year and have just remembered to breathe! 🌸

🌟I redid my initial collage with some paper I painted on the weekend. I love movement, I see it in paper, in fabric, I love the way it drapes and I love bling! 🌟
